Kingsland Studio - Walk to Eden Park!

It was very cosy

The studio is spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Thank you for covering the finer details such as having a full length mirror and bedside dressers. If you are wanting to walk into town this is the perfect place it was a short 20min walk to our evening event. Excellent instructions provided on how to locate the property as I'm terrible with directions. Haven't watched TV in over 6yrs so was nice to relax on the couch and watch a few shows.

I am struggling to fault anything. I felt bad as we each had a shower in the wee hours of the morning which made the pump start so I hope we didn't wake anyone up. We didn't look in any cupboards so this may have been there but a little throw blanket for the couch would make this a lovely snuggly spot.

Well equipped and lots of space with everything we needed.

Was close to motorway but hosts thoughtfully left ear plugs and otherwise quiet neighbourhood.

Proximity

Sticky handles in kitchette and sticky crockery Sarah was very obliging fixing up the stickiness. The tv wasn't working the first night but the husband came down to fiddle with it. Very nice couple Iron part of the top sheet :).

Great communication especially the photos to understand how to find it. Clean, comfortable and equipped with devices to have a longer stay. Would be happy to stay there again if in Auckland.

Was all very pleasant, great that it was in walking distance to eden park.

The tv kept freezing but that wasn't to much of an issue.

This was perfect for our family of 3 for a place to sleep after an event at Eden Park. So close to Eden Park approx. $8 Uber or short walk (steep hill). Has everything you need, warm and cosy with great communication from hosts.
