The journey to the location entailed a drive through an informal settlement. However, nce there though, we felt 100% safe.
MUZAEverything was perfect. The apartment was neat. It's very safe to be with kids. We really enjoyed our stay. We are definitely going back again. The host Diana was very friendly and responds quickly to any questions .

Location is very bad. Once entering the premises they make you aware of the security issues. There haa been a uprize in crime!!!!!!!

No handsoap or air freshener in toilet/bathroom Dishwasher didn’t work We were asked to leave clean dishes but no cleaning detergents - so had to go out and buy
ZAPerfect location and stunning views.
No shade/umbrella when sitting outside. Umbrella stand there but no umbrella for shade. Fortunately we took gazebo. Most tupperware needs to be replaced. No fans in rooms...Dec very hot. No bathroom towels but our host was very helpful and assisted us. No sharp knife for food preparation. No pyrex dishes/dishes with lids for salads, etc. Beds extremely hard...but some people prefer this.
ZAComfortable beds. Beautiful view. Large dining table. Comfortable couches. Space ample for 5 persons. Bedding was clean and ample for our stay. Diana responded immediately to our answers. Great area. Quiet and peaceful.
Place wasn't cleaned properly. Areas in kitchen with cobwebs and spiders. Stove extremely old and needs to be replaced. Entire property, especially kitchen, needs update and/or repairs. Usually property owner supplies bath towels. These items were not supplied. We were notified and therefore we took our own. The dishwasher was a welcome item.

The fans in the bathroom to be cleaned it's very dusty. Hand soap to be in bathrooms. As it can accomodate 8 people it shud be equipped for 8 people. There is too many cutlery in the drawer. Eg 8 teaspoon, 8 plates, 8 side plates, glassed cups and saucers are all the same. To make it feel more like a holiday home and easy to maintain. Feels all the unwanted dishes at home was placed in the unit
ZAYou need to have breakfast in future bcz we need to rest when we are on vacation. Activities for kids and swimming pool was available but no bicycle on your side only timeshare that can get it as it is not allowed
