Difficult check-in procedure. Heating furnace extremely noisy in living room. Linen worn. Deck locked and not accessible. Unacceptable price for quality and comfort. Parking advertised as free but in fact was not. Deposit withdrawn too early and took more than 2 months for return and ridiculous amount of communication which was ultimately settled by booking.com.

Looked good on the surface

Trains blowing horn all night Non functioning door to patio Blinds stuck no privacy Homeless camp and next to us in back where car parked and lots of poor souls Poor customer relations and overcharging for a soiled linen from a wound and claim that plastic decal for parking wasn’t left and would have to be replaced for $50 and sheets and pillows all replaced when they could have been laundered. Pass was left and not removed.

It was a tidy

It was an incredibly inconvenient place to get in to. All in all. It took us over an hour to get into our room. Everything from checkin to checkout to parking requires multiple inconvenient steps. They had put the wrong fob in our lockbox and so we were left outside our room waiting for someone to come over from their home in the evening to find the right fob to let us in. The bed in the main bedroom was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on, mattress is a thin foam mattress on a steel frame.

Location was a little sketchy since it backs up to a homeless shelter. Easy access and great apartment. Clean and fully stocked.

It says free parking in the title description, bit that is only 9pm to 9 am. Other time you have to pay at the meter or in a parking ramp. Having a second key fob would have been nice.

I don't remember a breakfast option.

It was a little confusing getting the keys at first and the Hot Tub wasn't available to use. Very happy with everything else!!
