la posizione eccezionale, lo spazio a disposizione nell'appartamento.

la poca cura dei particolari, le macchie sul divano, le lenzuola bucate, la scarsa disponibilità di prodotti friubili (cialde del caffè, te' tisane) alcune tazze disponibili presentavano ancora dei residui non puliti, asse del water rovinato così come lo scaldasalviette in bagno.

Posizione eccellente, praticamente in centro, è possibile visitare tanti posti muovendosi a piedi, anche se in pieno centro l'appartamento è ben isolato dai rumori esterni, piccolo accogliente e fornito di tutto.

L' accesso all' appartamento è inquietante. Necessita urgente sostituzione biancheria: lenzuola con pallini e asciugamani logori. Strano odore... Non consigliato a famiglie con bambini

La posizione è davvero centrale per spostarsi a piedi per la città

La casa non è provvista di aria condizionata... Quindi caldo da morire in agosto, un semplice ventilatore non era in grado di raffreddare l'ambiente che comunque è comodo per due persone...

La posizione che ci ha permesso di muoverci a piedi per il centro

L'appartamento decisamente poco curato nell'arredo e nella pulizia. Era evidente un pulizia approssimativa, la casa era molto calda con un ventilatore per una sola camera. Balcone trascurato e sporco.
