Superó las expectativas Súper limpio ! Lindo la ubicación es 10 !

Posizione ottima, con parcheggio incluso praticamente sotto casa. L'appartamento in realtà è una camera con bagno e angolo cottura con tutti i comfort. Il letto è ad una piazza e mezzo quindi non proprio il massimo del comfort per una coppia. Non c'è balcone. Piccole manutenzioni interne da sistemare, ma niente di grave. La palazzina sarebbe da ristrutturare esternamente.Il prezzo è leggermente alto ma in linea con quello che si trova al centro di Marbella e con gli accessori che offre la camera.

Positive side: The apartment is very central.There are many restaurants, bars, groceries around. The beach is 5 minutes walk. The free parking is a great plus! The staff is helpful, reachable. If you stay a few days it is very good choice with a decent price. Negative side: The apartment is small , the walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors. The whole apartment is one room so when you come back from beach with sand, sand goes directly to the bed. The washing machine broke down so we had to call the staff to take out our clothes. The checkout information ( what to do with trash, towels, etc) came a bit late, an hour before we left the apartment.

Location is super! Friendly and always available staff- contact people are so charming, they were always there to support. Plus, free parking spot in the heart of Marbella was also amazing. The room was clean, we stayed 9 days and in the mid of our holiday, the day we asked, the cleaning staff came and made the cleaning. And it was same as the pictures.

There is unfortunately no balcony and we wanted to have it after beach to drink something or hang our swimming suits. (Though they made hangers inside the room)

Location was amazing, air conditioning was perfect which made it very comfortable to sleep in or come out of the sun and rest, amenities were good - it was handy to have a mini kitchen. Carmen was EXCELLENT, her communication was fast, she always picked up the phone.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect: location is super, instructions to arrive was detailed, parking hall was just few meters away from the entrance. The apartment was clean, modern and compact. This is a place I will be using again!

Beautiful little apartment moments from the beach and a very short walk into the heart of the old town. Spotlessly clean and every thing you need in a self catering apartment. By far some of the best communication I have experienced when booking an apartment the use of Whatsapp to share videos and images to help with the very easy checking in process was very innovative. The appartment is only 25 min walk from the bus station taking you through the heart of old town and a great way to get to know the area when you first arrive.

We found the apartment to be ideal for our long weekend break and have no negative comments.
