Simply put. After bypassing the labyrinth of things to access the building at around 4pm i entered the apartment. As many others have said, this is an apartment basically divided into 2. So the walls are paper thin. I could hear the couple in the adjoining room having a full conversation upon entering and they were not shouting. Not long had passed before they decided to get amorous. It felt like being next to an adult movie set, and i had reservations of the wall actually caving in due to the bed slamming the wall repeatedly. Anyway, the crescendo of her screams died down after 20 minutes and i assumed they were done for the day. This was followed by a short spell watching television by them, then an argument, before they duly continued there intimate activities for another further 30 minutes, Again, i am not sure what was louder, her screaming or the wall banging from the bed movement Their was a further repeat of this process and by that stage it was not even 8pm and i had mentally given up. 3 rounds of this incessant conversations, arguments and lovemaking sessions. I had been in the apartment 4 hours. And had heard enough. A trip was required to pay for another hotel in the area as a result of this complete disaster. Simply put, you hear EVERYTHING from any one in the adjoining apartment. So you are gambling that you could well get peaceful neighbors or not. And in fairness, i cant criticize the neighbours, they were probably unaware the walls are paper thin. I cant confirm what the beds, showers or facilities are like. I simply did not use them.

The location was a bit far out for me personally as I'm disabled & my mobility isn't great.

A lot of the crockery was chipped & there wasn't 2 sets of cutlery so difficult when eating in the apartment.

Nice studio, comfortable bed and sofa. Spacious, good value. Close to Gib border

The access to the flat is a bit complicated with calls and codes, but with a bit of patience it does work

Mazs un tīrs dzīvoklis, ir pieejama arī virtuve. Klusā vietā, ļoti tuvu robežai ar Gibraltāru.
