Modern & Stylish Apartment - Old Town

El extractor estaba super sucio, la terraza también. En las fotos no estaba la cafetera y me lleve una de casa y al llegar si que habia una, me lo podia haber ahorrado. No dice nada de que no se puede pasar con el coche. Fotos desactualizadas

Très bien situé

Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé, proche des centres d'intérêts. Très calme malgré sa situation centrale. Confortable pour quatre personnes

Apartment is perfectly located in the Old Town/Centre, which makes it very accessible for exploring sights and good restaurants around Seville by foot. Our host, Veronika was friendly, proactive, and responsive in communications — she made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, even bringing us a few household items that were lacking from those presented in the listing. Beds were comfy, nice firm pillows, and it was easy to warm the place when the temp dropped due to bad weather. Smart TV had Netflix and YT Kids, which helped when we had to stay put due to heavy rain and strong winds. Kitchen utensils and other amenities were good. We'll stay there again, provided the improvements have been put in place.

First impression that detracted from our experience was that the internal space seemed much smaller than stated and shown in the listing (75m2).  Likely due to 1) fisheye lens used for photos, and 2) the outside patio and balcony space probably included within that measure(?). If that info was much clearer, then we'd have the right expectation for this to not be a detractor. Toilet/shower room was missing storage place for toiletries, and a small step for younger kids to use the toilet & sink. Kitchen/lounge space could be better organised/less furniture — too many tables that don't serve any real function. Other minor fixes to be made to the facilities around the apartment. With the negative aspects taken into account, we don't feel that there was a great value-for-money match on this property — we have stayed at other places in the surrounding area that had much better interior planning and amenities to suit for family stays at the same price. Albeit, we've shared all points directly with the host and we're hopeful they'll be followed through with as this place has potential to go from good to great ^_^
