Very comfortable inside. Very well equipped.

Blinds on bedroom window didn’t close completely and there was too much light coming into the bedroom. Noisy outside, people moving barrels in the alley way and security light kept going off, lighting up the bedrooms.

Location was perfect for Matthew Street 👌

Sparse furnishings some pictures on walls might help.Toiletries minimal for 4 people, as we're washing up cloths. No microwaveable jugs , bowls . Open plan bedroom in each apartment with no door off lounge was not good. ' Luxurious living with some cracked window panes and views over flat roofed business premises, entrance down an alley way where commercial waste frequently deposited therefore noisy did not add up to luxurious description .

Excellent location close to the centre of Liverpool, the dock area and a range of places to eat.

We had to use a code to get into the apartment building, then door keys in a secured key safe outside apartment door to retrieve keys. Great apartment, beautiful beds and bedding, nice fluffy towels.

No Cleaning products, cloth in kitchen no bigger than a tissue, No baking tray to use in oven. One tea towel, Toilet rolls only two were left for four people on a three night stay. Bathroom sink tap loose and swivels around. Single bedroom door did not click shut. We rang the contact number and toilet rolls, cleaning cloths, were delivered promptly. We asked for antibacterial spray to wipe down kitchen bathroom & we were given mould cleaner!! Building work going on to the right of apartment and restaurants turning out time, bins being emptied. On leaving the apartment building three steep steps to walk down with no rail to hold on to onto cobblestones road. Apart from our little moan we were very happy with the apartment.
