The villas was very clean which is biggie for me. We appreciated the small touchs like the coffee setup and the popcorn tray. We were excited that it was very close to Mohegan because we were going there for a show. It was nice being close but not staying there with the crowd.

We loved the location; it was very easy to get to Mohegan Sun for basketball game, and the best part of our trip was Joy's for breakfast, right near the villa; also the exterior of the property was pin drop quiet and felt so safe; the nicest people live there and the grounds were well kept, and the pool and hot tub and sauna all would have been nice, but they did not function well; it was the end of the season and I suspect the property didn't care about that maintenance anymore. The hot tub scalded and the sauna didn't work.

The lodgings were extremely uncomfortable for sleep; small space, but w 5 or more clocks all over the place, all telling a different wrong time, and then to sleep at night, these massive clocks were loudly ticking on the wall, one directly above the bed! we had to remove the clocks from the walls, and when we told the proprietor about it the next day, rather than doing anything about it, she responded "yeah, those clocks are the bane of my existence"; rather odd, just remove the clocks. The owner should spend a night in the villa to see how difficult it is to sleep. The place only sleeps 2, but the proprietor accepted my booking for 3 adults, and said nothing about how comfortable that would be. The sofa was not a pullout! so I slept on the dirty living room floor! the place was dirty, it definitely had not be vaccumed or steam cleaned in forever; the sauna did not work, the hot tub got to scalding temps after a few minutes of use; and the proprietor entered our room w/out notice the first night we were there, while we were out to dinner. We returned to the property to find the door not shut and a lamp on the welcome mat--our personal belongings were inside, unlocked and anyone could have walked in and stolen them. This is how I realized how safe a community it is, because you felt like you didn't even need doorlocks. When I told the proprietor that someone had been in the place, the proprietor asked me to switch out a lamp! as if I work for her. I did not switch out the lamp. There were too many lamps and clocks in the place to begin w and it's not my job to deal w their decor. Also, if everything of the place functioned well and wasn't anti-sleep; then the review I would think of about the place is "style over substance", if your style is pink flamingos; because they had a ton of needless amenities: toothbrushes, douche, condoms, shower caps, tweezers, etc. etc.

The location is amazing, in a beautiful resort. The host's instructions and directions were spot on, and all communication was quick and effortless. Property is fully equipped with everything you might need, and then some. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you, Camilla and Steven!

We loved everything about your beautiful home. Thank you for all the special , thoughtful little amenities you had available to us. Thank you for sharing your home. We forgot to leave a Top for your cleaning crew but by the time we quickly went back to give them the Tip , they had already been there to clean. Sorry we missed them and that we forgot to leave it. They do a great job cleaning. Thank you
