Host was very quick to connect with us and extremely helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and can fit up to 6 adults with lots of moving space! The bed was also very comfortable - I slept like a baby!

If you're driving there, please put aside about RM20 for the parking fee.

I didnt really have high expectations but when i reach the stay it was quite nice. They have neflix (you have to log-in into your own account) and youtube. They even have pantene hair shampoo. But i would still recommend bringing your own hair dryer as the one they provide is not strong enough. Overall very nice and cozy...definitely recommend.

The only bad thing is there are two air conds in two seperate rooms, and one of the controllers was out of battery, so we had to exchange the batteries between the two controllers.

Everything was really good. But as everything was automated, sometimes it was difficult without the manual help. In one such instance, as I was about to check out, the passcode for the locker to put my keys back in wasn't working, and I asked the help of the security over there, especially in the morning, I asked his help. He was so reluctant, he never moved a step to help me, I asked him many times, and his response was awful. As a foreigner, I also could not understand his English. Further, when I was about to leave, I asked him should I sign in the record note, first he was like yes, and after coming near the book, he was like, its ok no need, which was really bad. this is not the way to treat the guests. please do make sure that the security guards over there help us in need. but the other security in the evening was really good. also, a kind request to have open wifi even after we step out of the room, sometimes it was difficult.

The instruction was not clear how do collect the key. And the location video is outdated. the contact person over phone was very impatience and not polite

he room is well-equipped, and the host has thoughtfully considered many details to make the stay comfortable.

Unfortunately, the location shown on Booking was entirely incorrect, with a significant distance discrepancy that greatly impacted the overall experience.
