Kazinczy 10 Apartment with 3 bedrooms

Nice to be able to spread out in three bedrooms. Apartment was convenient, wifi was great for someone that needs to work, awesome to be able to wash and hang clothes. As a person sensitive to mold and chemicals I was relieved to feel good in the apartment, which was not musty or funky. This might be unusual for a historic district of a somewhat humid city. Richard was responsive and helpful regarding details and recommendations. Thank you!

We had no idea we would be on the grungiest block of the grungiest neighborhood of the party district. It was intimidating at arrival - adjust your expectations! Felt better about it as time passed. Next time I would prefer a quieter residential district. It’s a learning process!

Great location, air con in property and cool court yard when sat outside. Quiet even though few doors from the ruin bars. Great centrally location to bars/restaurants. Close to shops and the property spacious enough for 4 people. Downstairs bed was the smallest but very comfy, but could hear every inch of movement from the bedroom directly upstairs. Host kept in contact and even rearranged a taxi service to contact us before we landed in Budapest and to take us back after our journey.

Stairs were very steep & wobbly so be careful. Limited on condiments ect no sugar/tea. Shower head was broken and bathroom would get completely soaked when attempting to wash. Only 3 toilet rolls for 4 people for a 5 day stay, but a Tesco is close by to buy extras if needed.

Location great, good value for money, very quite even though you are right in the area of the ruin bars which is very busy at night.

The holder for shower was broken so a bit inconvenient, notified owner but wasn't fixed while we were there.

Very clean and great value for money and very central.

No toilet upstairs and stairs very steep.

The location could not have been any better. Very central just a few steps away from the main bars and eateries but set back enough to not be noisey. Three nice double bedrooms (one double was a camp bed) and a lovely dining area.

The heating was high constantly and we were unable to turn it down. We were unable to access the WIFI and when we asked about the access code we did not get a response.
