"I stayed there last year before and the experience this time was very disappointing."

The quiet neighborhood and privacy.

The checkin experience needs to be improved. If I state that I'm not sure what time I'll check in during booking, I don't expect to recieve a WhatsApp claiming that I'm unreachable and that I need to rush to checkin because reception is closing. I did not appreciate that from Oom Das.

Bathrooms have no door no privacy for the toilet. The shower was liking water to ground in room 2

I like the location the property is in. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis which is nice. Coming back to a clean space is always refreshing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they respect your things.

The kitchen for me was bad. The stove is very slow. The pots, spoons and knifes are very old. It was not great having to prepare a meal like that. The beds are too old. makes woke up with sore muscles.

"the overall stay is commendable"

The single beds were not comfortable, noisy when one turns, and feel old
