was affordable and accommodating for my family.

I had to wait 5min outside the gate. calling the number provided without any one answering. Luckily 15min later other tenants came out that it how I managed to enter. Even after seeing the missed calls no one bothered to call back.

Poor communication from management. I slept on da gate & even when I called them, Dey didn't respond 2 my calls.

We gave it a 9 because we did not get a double bed and the stream of water from the shower heads was not so good, it was painful rather than being smooth. Otherwise, this is a very nice place, clean and quiet. If I am making a trip to Polokwane, I am definitely checking in here again.
