Nothing couldn't go out the slope was too steep I am 81 and couldn't walk up there it should have been stated before we booked and also there was bird poo all over the decking my husband had to clean it

We stayed in this caravan on the second week of the Easter holidays. The caravan site itself seemed nice, although we didn't really use it, only popping to the onsite shop a couple of times. The indoor pool looked nice and the entertainment for the kids (which we caught a glimpse of on our first night) also looked fun. The caravan was clean, the beds were comfortable, the heating was easy to use and very good, and the shower worked well, so it was everything we could ask for a comfortable stay, which is all we wanted. The nice surprises were: The TV... a decent amount of channels compared to a lot of other places we stayed, so that was good. WiFi... Newly installed and it was very strong with a good connection, again, much better than where we've stayed previously. Bath Towels... It was great that we were also supplied hotel quality bath towels during our stay, it saved us using ours :-) Good communication from the owners, Sarah, although it wasn't needed, just to say we got there and everything is good. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Home smelled of nicotine throughout. Leaves a metallic taste in your mouth. No phone network or wifi available in the home. The advert is deliberately vague about this. Only managed to stay 3days out of 8, couldn't spend any time in the house, holiday ruined.

We liked the location of the caravan site and that we didn't have far to get to the car park

Upon arrival we could smell a stale smell and there was animal fur on the cooker and on the bedding. There is also mould in the bedroom curtains

It was clean and neat.

No internet access and general sim network was very poor.
