The location was good.

I brought my family for a week's vacation as I was there to attend a wedding of some friends. After we got into the apartment, we started seeing a lot of flaws and broken parts to windows, etc. when we realized that the photos on the advertisement were nothing like what we encountered when we walked in and saw the apartment. There were paint chips falling on us, and by chips I mean the size of my palm. My son used the sofa bed and there were chips on his bedding when he would wake up. Lots of misinformation like advertising a washer, dryer, dishwashing machines and when I asked about them, the owner said there was a laundrymat down the street and that Booking made a mistake and advertised a dishwasher. The bathroom had a hole in the wall and God only knows where that hole went to. There were huge stains on the wall and the breakfast table was moved from the picture taken to cover the stains of mold. The paint that fell off had black mold attached to the back, and it was evident that the owners kept painting over the black mold waiting for some new chumps to come rent his awful apartment. I was so excited to get there as the pictures showed a sunny and bright apartment which WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL! If you wanted to open the windows which were really shutters with a piece of attached acrylic type of material that was not attached correctly because there were no little hooks to hold them in place. They fell 9 out of 10 times we tried using them. The big piece upstairs fell right by my daughter's feet! My daughter and I are highly allergic to black mold and we were breathing this in every night. We had to finally leave 2 days early and had to pay for another place. It kept raining thus making the paint fall off on us and there was a water main that broke somewhere on the island and we were with out water for days.This was the worst experience ever & I travel tons! AVOID THIS PLACE! Both Booking.

Is in middle of old town and you can walk to everywhere is also very clean and smell good inside i definitely recommend this place

Location

The appearance of the place did not look like the pictures. Poor maintenance entrance to the building (landscaping and surroundings, housekeeping)lots of humidity inside (walls), dirty air conditioner and fan, broken bed (squeaky noise).

I stayed before in old town this place is nice and clean and have everything thanks
