"Nice house, but poor service//not welcoming host"

The property location is great, house is cosy and equipped with everything except for towels and bed appliances. Nice place for a family stay.

Company renting out the house is an absolute disappointment. Not supportive, tends to forgot to what crucial information, acts neglectful.
