The welcome atmosphere was very nice, and the reception area and parking were well organized. The room was clean, well designed, and comfortable, with a lovely view. Housekeeping was excellent, cleaning almost twice a day, and the staff were friendly at the beginning of our stay.

The beach looks nice but is very rocky, making swimming difficult, and the swimming area is small. Complimentary water activities are limited and often canceled. Service is inconsistent across departments, with some staff lacking friendliness and communication skills. The activity desk was not very engaging. A major issue was the honeymoon package: I requested it in advance and confirmed it again at check-in, but nothing was prepared in the room. When I complained, no proper apology was given, and they simply asked me to choose another day, which ruined a special moment for me. Late checkout was also poorly handled, after staying nearly a week, we were only given 30 extra minutes. Additionally, there were incorrect charges on the bill that we had to fix ourselves

I booked 4 nights at Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness Mauritius but ended up checking out after just 2 nights as the experience was very disappointing. The staff were not welcoming, and the overall service felt cold and unprofessional. The property is poorly maintained, with insects noticeable in different areas, which made the stay uncomfortable. The biggest issue is the beach — it is extremely small, man-made, and barely suitable for swimming, which is very misleading for a resort in Mauritius. Breakfast was also below expectations, with very limited variety. Overall, this was far from the relaxing resort experience I expected.
