Convenient location - close to Ribiera and old customs building. Easy walk from Sao Bento metro Straightforward check in and communication with owners. I misplaced my keys and they provided another set fairly quickly. Affordable Comfortable bed in the main bedroom

I think the apartment could do with some additional features/layout/set up to make it a bit more welcoming. Sofa/TV set up not practical. Dripping tap/pipe annoying. If there were more people staying the kitchenette facilities are a bit limited (space wise). I found it quite cold despite the heaters. This may be useful in the summer but not in March.
