We enjoyed there. And they were helpful.A little surprised we were scolded for inviting in laws to eat in our room when it's an apartment?? We stayed at 36th floor so you shall not be a scared person

Overall stay was really good. Nice facilities and very convenient to the nearest spot in Cebu.

I arrived to check in at 2pm, I rang the number several times with no answer, i also asked the lady on reception to call and she got no answer, it took 1 hour before they answered the phone. i also sent several emails, i received replies to the emails 5 days later. This 1 bedroom Condo was far more expensive than others in the same building but I chose this room because it said in the Ad it had a "Private Pool". There was no private pool! When i queried the Private pool she said "Yes the pool is private, its only for the hotel quests and not for the public, anyway we gave you a 2 bedroom Condo so its a cheap price for a 2 bedroom Condo". I only booked it because it said it had a private pool. A second room makes no difference to us. Wifi is a mobile device and was slow, it dropped out on 3 separate occasions while I was having zoom meetings, I rang the host and it was working within a few minutes, so i assume they had to load it with Data.

It was nice and central to Robinson and restaurants,great for taxis,close to SM city and not far from Pall mall and SRP.

The tower rooms have beautiful views of Cebu. Are units on modern The pool is a nice feature. The management service was very responsive with my issues However, The unit, especially the bathroom, were not clean.

Check in was quick. Room is brand new. Very clean. Good size for a small family of 4. Staff are great. They provided extra bed for my kids at no extra charge. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommended.
