Lovely villa in quiet secure gated complex. Host (Kevin) was very pleasant and helpful and sorted out a query we had about the booking very promptly. Lovely to have a pool to cool down in. Worth booking and well worth the money.

Ideally, the villa could be a bit closer to the coast but this is reflected in the price (if it was front-line, it would be double the rental). We knew the location before we booked and it didn't bother us at all.

Beautiful villa, very well equipt and so nice to have a pool, even in December. It was very relaxing and quiet, though might bit different in summer. The whole experience felt very luxurious.

Nothing. It’s gets very dusty inside and out but this is due to the windy and volcanic dust. Nothing can be done. Just a warning you’ll need to sweep and mop frequently.

Great Villa, modern and clean. The villa is in a quiet gated community. The pool was cleaned twice in the 10 days we were there. The villa has lots of home comforts TV's , wifi etc and well kitted out in the kitchen but we did very little cooking. Has lots of sun beds and outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Lovely balcony off the upstairs bedroom which also had outdoor furniture. Lots of space for a family to relax. Would highly recommend this Villa, get value for money

The villa is approx 5/10 mins walk from Marina Rubicon so for some you might need a car. We had hired a car so it was no problem. There are always lots of taxi's at the marina. There are a few of the smaller supermarkets in the area but we found the Super dino in Playa Blanca the best value

Everything was great. Very clean and you have the feeling of new. The terrace and the pool are a big plus.

modern bright and spacious. everything was provided. clean villa. close to supermarket(about 10min walk) looks like the pictures

The only thing was the location was a little bit far out for us. However we knew this booking, didn’t want to hire a car and had the pushchair to be able to walk with the toddler. It didn’t ruin the holiday
