Private parking space in front of the bulding; working Wi-Fi, large room with a private bathroom; coffee machine in the main hall, easy check-in and check-out, a little bit far away from the old town but it wasn't a problem for us because we needed a private parking space and there's nothing in the old town to be found.

Rooms need renovation; the furniture and shower curtains are old-fashioned and should be replaced.

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich - haben uns frei stehende Zimmer wählen lassen. Die Lage war auch schön - mit Blick auf den Felsen mit Altstadt. Due Anlge hat einen neu angelegten Garten, der wirklich schön ist.

Die Ausstatung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen -vor allem aber ist die Küche mehr als "basic" - kaum Küchenausstattung, so dass Kochen kaum möglich war. Schwierig ist aber vor allem die Masse an Katzen auf dem Grundstück - überall riecht es nach Katztenhinterlassenschaften, Katzen laufen permanent durchs Haus... Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt schon in Ordnung, aber es hätte auch schwierig sein löhnen.

Η ντουζιέρα στο μπάνιο θα μπορούσε να ήταν μεγαλύτερη, γιατί σε γενικότερο πλαισιο το μπάνιο ήταν ευρύχωρο.

Very easy to find, good parking for our big 9 passenger and not too expensive.

The rooms are very cramped and the shower curtain not appropriate.

The location was excellent and very practical, with a large parking area available at any time in the hotel’s courtyard. The courtyard was filled with tables and chairs, and for our ground-floor triple room we had our own terrace with a table and chairs. We stayed for three nights, and the room was cleaned halfway through our stay. The mattress was soft and comfortable.

The shower space and bathroom are a bit small. The kitchen is very simple, but this did not affect at all the experience we had at this hotel.

Η τοποθεσία.

Το κόστος ήταν υπερβολικό σε σχέση με τις παροχές.

The location is not in the city center but very good in relation with the Old city of Monemvasia. You can see the Rock from the balcony! We visited on foot and left the car in the parking lot of the property. It is quite a walk and preferable start early in the morning. The accommodation is easy to find. The room is very clean and the bed very comfortable. The owner is very friendly. The whole city of Monemvasia has a problem with tap water - it is not drinkable. However, our owner have, for the use of his guests, a filtering automat placed at the ground floor so you don't have to buy water if you don't want to. The closest supermarke is only few minutes away on foot. From Monemvasia you can go to Elafonisos island, to Ambelakia beach (sandy beach) and also to Kastraki beach near by.

The bathroom is very small and the shower space also - but it does have a window, rare thing in greek bathrooms. All doors and windows are old. The shutters are also made of wood. Anything you try to open or shut you have to push or drag and made considerable noise. The kitchen is a joke. It is good for making a coffee or a salad and maybe some eggs. It doesn't even have a cutting board. There a enough tavern in walking distance. The beach in Monemvasia is not for sun bathe is mostly for swiming - it is rocky on shore and also in the water. It is a special place but not for long stays and maybe just for one visit.

Mi sono piaciuti solo la vicinanza al centro di Monemvasia e la presenza di gatti nella struttura.

La struttura è molto vecchia e in bagno si sente puzza e l'aria è irrespirabile. Le foto mostrate sul sito non sono fedeli alla realtà. Non c'è privacy e il rumore dei condizionatori è insopportabile. Il prezzo è eccessivo per i servizi offerti e la stanza andrebbe completamente rinnovata.

Ήταν σε ωραία τοποθεσία με όμορφη αυλή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο.

Το κατάλυμα χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση.
