Terrace was awesome but couldn't use because floor was so dirty and dirt followed inside

This apartment, although basic, is in a prime location with stunning views of the Como Duomo. Despite the lively atmosphere below, the back bedroom is very quiet, and we had no trouble sleeping. Short walk to ferry, bus, and train. Management is also on top of things. When we needed extra towels, they were delivered immediately. There is also an elevator unlike a lot of AirBNBs in Italy, which only have stairs.

There were no paper towels, and I had to buy hand soap as there was only a small amount left in the dispenser.

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station and close to grocery stores and restaurants. We especially loved the terrace with the dining table and sun loungers. While there’s some noise from being across from a cathedral and a busy restaurant area, we slept soundly each night. The air conditioning worked very well, and we appreciated the smooth check-in process along with the closets and storage space in the bedrooms.

The wifi didn’t work in the bedrooms and wasn’t strong enough for work calls or video meetings in the main living area. Water pressure in the sinks and shower was low and at least once or twice per day would cut out completely (even mid-shower). We reported this to the property management company, who were responsive and easy to reach, but the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. Hopefully it will be addressed for future guests. Note that there are a stairs before reaching the elevator, which may be a consideration for those with accessibility needs.
