The location with lot of eateries nearby and walking distance. The house is big enough with ample beds to cater group of people up to 15. Kitchen is adequately equipped for the guests to cook and reheat since the stove/microwave/fridge was provided. There is a washing machine as well. Dining table for 8 people and the host also provides an iron & board. Towels & basic toiletries also provided. Smart tv with Netflix also provided.

Since this is a double storey end lot terrace house, parking space is quite limited. Outside the house also pack with cars especially late evening since this is a housing scheme with a lot of neighbours' car surrounding. Space can cater for 2 cars only, unless if a small car can fit up to 3 cars. But the worst part is that since this is a homestay, so the host has used an outside cleaner to clean the house after we checked out. And happens to be 1 of my friend left her valuable belonging in the premise. So it was considered lost since it cannot be traced and when the host asked the cleaner, they said nothing was found whilst cleaning. So in terms of homestay compares to hotels, this is the negative aspect staying in homestays. Lack of security measure as compared to hotels.
