"Fantastic Lodge - recommended !"

Fantastic location and very well kept. The property itself is fairly new and well appointed together with being very private and not overlooked. The hot tub was great too!

The property was a bit of a tight squeeze in the kitchen and living areas for 5 people and dog. A couple of the beds were quite worn out and had springs that you could feel.

Fantastic location, private area for outside eating and hot tub, more so than other lodges we passed. Had everything you needed inside, beds comfy and lodge was spotless.

The location was beautiful and the lodge was spotless and had everything we needed.

If I had to pick at something, it's ashame the back door isn't round the back of the lodge near the hot tub. You have to walk around the lodge to get in and out of the property.

"Lovely lodge would visit again. No washing machine though!"

Lovely location. Kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Private area for hot tub out the back. Additional pillows, covers available. Plenty of towels. Lots of board games for kids.

The second en suite shower hot water didn't work. The guest book showed that the previous visitors had raised this the week before we stayed but this still wasn't fixed. That meant that we were limited to all sharing one shower across the week. Also booking.com advertised this lodge to have a washing machine which was incorrect. There is a dishwasher, but unlike some of the other lodges, there is no washing machine.
