Nada a declarar

Fiz a reserva já depois da meia noite, 5m antes de entrar no alojamento. A receção já estava fechada e mesmo sem ainda aparecer a reserva, o segurança muito gentilmente fez o que pode para confirmar que eu tinha reservado, recolheu algumas informações e cedeu o quarto. Na manhã seguinte, já tinham a reserva e ficou tudo certo. Impecável.

Um hotel Top, a localização, à vista para o rio Cávado. O quarto é excelente muito grande com uma varanda, com vista para o rio. A limpeza é excelente. Os funcionários têm uma extrema simpatia, sempre prontos para ajudar no que preciso. O spa é ótimo, as massagens são excelentes. Agradeço a todo o staff do hotel por poderem proporcionar umas excelentes férias. Paula Oliveira

The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast was quite good and the food in the restaurant was to die for. 5 Star restaurant and good value. Clean and comfortable.

I think the hotels charges for the likes of water in the room seemed a little excessive. The Spa was not a real Spa. It was poorly managed and we both got steam burns in the steam room. I use Spa's and Spa hotels multiple times a year and the nature of these facilities and the necessitated time restrictions in particular are not in-keeping with the concept of relaxing in a Spa. If you ignore the Spa then a fairly good hotel.

Gostei da vista do quarto e da hospitalidade das recepcionistas.

Creio que o estacionamento reservado aos hóspedes do hotel podia estar um pouco mais organizado pois no domingo quando cheguei á noite havia lugares livres com a cancela levantada e trancada.

Tout était parfait, le petit déjeuner ainsi que leur restaurant et on a finis sur le Spa qui était super surtout pour le prix. Je conseille..
