Hotel The R Blues - Near IGI Airport New Delhi

The hotel cleanliness.the helpfulness of the staff.and the quality of the food and service. The room was very put together and had enough space for all our bags and accessories.the staff were always smiling and ready to help.

Vicinity to the airport

Was led into a smoking room with a clear stench of smoke. Complained and was led to another room with lesser stench. Attendant had the nerve to tell me it's a non smoking family room with an ash tray sitting on the table. Pillow covers were clearly used with hair on them. Bedsheets and hand towel were yellow. Wasn't even given water or a bathroom towel. Felt disgusted to be sleeping there. The bathroom was stinking and the bidet was spraying water all over. Ah I could go on. I understand it's not a premium hotel but basic lack of hygiene, no matter the price point is inexcusable. But it's the same for all these hotels in mahilapur. They know they will get some person who just wants to sleep for a few hours and doesn't want to spend 10k per night or go to the main city center. Advice: you should, or just stay at the airport.

I can say that in R Blues Hotel it was an amazing experience from check in to check out everything is perfect upto the standard,The hotel environment is neat and the rooms are great.
