Keep in mind, there is no air conditioning and in the summer it is getting very hot, even the nights.

The location is great and the apartment is comfortable and clean

The windows could be more sound proof as it can get very loud at night until the nearby restaurants close. AC would be mandatory during the summer. Would not recommend for families with young children and a stroller, as there is no elevator. The building is very old and needs renovation
