The flat was clean and accessible for a wheelchair not ideal for using a wheelchair inside.

We found it a bit awkward when it came to getting buses.

It was clean

People running it just kept hassling about check in time, saying it was his daughter’s birthday and what time will I be there. 4 days before I arrived hassling me for an exact time. Just OTT get a lock box. The place from the outside is a dump. Flys, dirty rubbish, the lift stunk of wee, a guy kept banging on my door to use a vacuum cleaner. I felt unsafe there. Then I was given instructions to put the rubbish in an unhygienic communal bin downstairs that was discussing. Rubbish dumped in front of the locked door where it was to go. Phew glad that stay is over.
