God beliggenhed med en dejlig lukket altan

Stedet okay, men kontakten til Makri Europe SL under al kritik. De har uberettiget hævet et Damage Depositum på 200€. Gør os ansvarlig for en revnet rude ud til altanen. Vi opdagede først revnen dagen efter vores ankomst (foto af revnen taget). Pga. vi ikke meddelte dem om revnen, da vi opdagede den,(vi gik som givet ud fra, at de vidste alt om revnen, idet vi overhovedet ikke havde rørt ruden)nøjedes vi med at tage et foto af revnen - taget 11. november kl. 12.05). De har så efterfølgende hævet det indbetalte depositum på 200 €, og påstår, at vi har forårsaget revnen. Vi er meget vrede og føler os taget som gidsler i sagen. Vi har aldrig før følt, at det har været nødvendigt at tjekke alt fast inventar (vinduer, el-installationer, toilet og bad eller solmarkise) om de fungerede som forventet. Kort sagt aldrig mere Makri Europe SL. Husk det Booking.com
