Alors au niveau de l hébergement , dommage que toute les photos des appartements soient mélangées sur booking, belle terrasse avec piscine privée transats et voile d ombrage, personnellement nous avons eu un appartement sans terrasse ni même un balcon ou un petit extérieur pour déjeuner au soleil, la piscine était commune avec les autres locataire de l immeuble. Piscine soit disant entretenue quotidiennement, nous y avons trouvé des cheveux et insectes morts et au abord de la piscine des bouteilles vides desséchées par le soleil, sans transat ni chaises Dans l appartement au niveau vaisselles, une poêle une casserole pour cuisiner ç est un peu juste Deux mugs pour trois, pas de tasses à café ni saladier 1 lit de 140cm collé au mur dans la chambre des parents, plus trop l habitude depuis mes vingt ans

The property is a modern, clean apartment in a very central Seville location. It has great AC and was a lovely, comfortable sanctuary in the unusually hot summer temperatures. The manager is very responsive and helpful.

Location was superb situated near the old historic centre of Seville.

Advertised as a two bed apartment only one room on the ground floor had a bedroom. The remaining beds were on a mezzanine floor accessed by what can really be described as a steep ladder rather than a staircase, with limited headroom in the sleeping area. Also the main bedroom had a double bed which squeezed into an alcove such that it was almost impossible to step out either side of the bed. No bedside lights made reading impossible in bed. We had issues with the air-conditioning system which were quickly sorted by the staff. And some windows in the main room downstairs that would not open.

Accommodation Komodo Goyeneta - Central Duplex I would characterize as very luxurious, very well located and suitable for discerning travelers or visitors to Seville. I would definitely put the location first - you are practically in the middle of the city centre, within walking distance to all the most famous sights (the accommodation is practically right next to the Setas de Sevilla/Metropol Parasol) and you can also quickly reach the Real Alcazar de Sevilla, Catedral de Sevilla or Torre Giralda (10-15min), or the Plaza de España or the Triana area (20min) on foot. The accommodation is clean, the equipment of the apartment is excellent (4 LCD TVs, zdrama internet and wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, coffee maker, etc.), I appreciate that the owner also left there the capsules for the dishwasher, drugstore and cleaning supplies, even coffee capsules, etc. Amazing then is the rooftop pool, with a wonderful view - although by the time we stayed it was not so hot outside and as the pool is not heated, the water was already quite cold... Overall we enjoyed our stay and I can highly recommend the accommodation.

On the negative side, I would just mention that upon arrival we found that the back side of the bed (sidewall) was damaged and because of this the mattress was not in a straight horizontal plane ...this is a thing that can be overlooked when changing guests...we somehow temporarily fixed it on our own (it held up during our stay) and reported it to the owner as it will probably require replacing the bed frame. The problem with the wifi right at the beginning of our stay (the provided password could not be used to log in) was immediately and promptly resolved by the owner over the phone and everything was OK the next day. Although it is often mentioned in the description that it is a private rooftop pool, it is actually used by people from the neighboring apartments (but only by them, it is not a public place) - but during our stay we did not meet anyone at the pool (probably because during our stay it was not so hot outside and the water in the pool was cold), so we were always there alone...
