Confortable 1 Bedroom Apartment at Roma Avenue - 1A

The client service was very good. Cristina provided clear check-in instructions prior to our arrival and allowed us to check out one hour later than the specified check-out time, which helped us a lot given our flight time from Lisbon back home. The apartment was well equipped, safe, clean, and larger than expected. The location of the apartment was great (there is a supermarket just across the street).

You need to repair the hood and stove, for this amount it is worth cleaning more often.

The property has all the facilities and amenities. Close to metro and train station to Sintra. Also there is a grocery store (Continente) just opposite which makes it very practical if you want to cook. Good choice of restaurants in the vicinity too. The area looks very safe and we walked everywhere. Very easy to get to down-town in around 10-15 mins with just 1 metro line.

The appartment is comfortable, except for the noise on Roma avenue as this road is quite busy. It might not suit someone who is sensitive to noise for sleeping.

Easy check in and check out system, the apartment was ready even earlier than it was suposed to be, Helpful owners. Well equipted kitchen. There was a washing machine in a hall, but sadly no washing detergent.

Apartment is in front of very loud street, also walls are thin and you can hear everyone around in other apartments. Dull kitchen knife. Could be cleaner in a bathroom,

It was amazing, Cristina was so helpful, always available for any question. The air conditioning we switched on wrong when I called Cristina to find out what was happening because it was giving hot air , she sent someone in the property in just 5 min someone was there to show the right temperature for cooling. So close to Lisbon by taxi only 7 euros, many shops downstairs opposite the building. Overall everything was good,perfect for what we need going out every day, really safe area and building .👏🏽

There was no oven. Apart from that everything was nice, the left everything we need for our stay, duvet,towels,bed sheets toilet paper,shower cream.

The location was perfect for what we needed, full of amenities nearby and the flat was well equipped and very comfortable. Quiet residential area with very easy access even from the city centre.

Wish there was some dishwashing detergent. The plumbing was a little bit loud but stopped as soon as we turned the water off.
