Cosy 3 bedroom House, Sleeps 7 people in Birmingham

Good location in quiet safe area, good communication from owner with key in lock box. Fine for an overnight stay and good value.

Decor needs improved, especially the carpets. Bedding could be better

House was very dirty in a poor state of repair. No towels, very limited kitchen utensils. Everything was filthy.

Fantastic value, great host, any issues were immediately resolved , friendly and accommodating. Good location as a base for trips to the city. Quiet area with a cafe just around the corner if you didn't want to cook. Also Lidl near if you're booking a long stay and need supplies. Had the option for parking too, again useful and clear instructions given. Not sure about the single bed as there was only 4 of us, but thumbs up for the three double beds, all vary comfy and provided a great night's sleep.

Facilities a little run down, curtains were a bit tight, only one wardrobe rail for whole house, We couldn't get the TV to work, but that was probably just our error, the WiFi was working, so we just settled our little one down with some disney+, (we were all too shattered from excursions anyway!) But as said, it was great value, and we could run as a family holiday base here much better than any hotel.
