CRThe location, the space and the apartment was very nice and confortable.
It was very cold because they turn off the heat at night. There was no toilet paper and when asked it was never brought. The shower had no curtains in the back so all the water was spread on the floor. They changed the code for the front door and we had to wait for someone else to get inside. There was no soap in the bathroom.
USThe location was perfect! It was very close to the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and the train station. The place was very nice and clean, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or stay again!
USLocation, location, location. Close to the flea markets, close to the metro, close to many grocery stores and restaurants.
The mattresses were uncomfortable and very thin. The sofa bed had multiple stains. The shower was outdated and there is no room to possibly sit on the toilet unless you sit on it sideways. The front door doesn’t seem very safe.

The sliding door of the bathroom, because everyone can hear everything, especially because the bathroom is in the living room. Also one bathroom for 6-7 people is not enough. The water while showering constantly goes from hot to cold in every 10 seconds which is really annoying.

Beds were not comfortable. There was a kitchen but no oil, salt, coffee, sugar, napkins, paper towels were available. For a 2 night stay we would expect these basic things for our stay with a place that has a kitchen. Also, if you don’t have WiFi or a data plan purchased ahead of time, it’s impossible to get into the building, which I find absurd.

Toilet is uncomfortable for tall people. There were no toiletries so I needed to buy everything even if I stayed for only one day. Cleaners tried to enter the apartment before the checkout time and if I wouldn't have locked the door they would have found me still dressing up.
