Host Tony was excellent, very responsive, happy to help & resolved the little hiccup experienced within about 30mins😊

Some of the other guests at the park were very noisy between 1145pm-2am, which disturbed our sleep every night.

"Relaxing, comfortable and pleasant"

A spacious, comfortable caravan with everything we needed. Two twin rooms (one kid in each) and a double room for us. Good shower with hot water and good pressure and a fully equipped kitchen, we were very happy with the facilities and the rooms. Tony on hand to welcome us and gave us a few recommendations for our stay.

"Great 4 day break."

Good communication from Tony the owner. No issues finding the caravan or the keys Tony again was very helpful. Van was spacious and very clean, beds were comfortable Location of the Van was excellent. 3 - 4 min walk to the beach and 2 minute walk from shops, pubs and restaurant. Good location overall to visit Skegness or Ingoldmells. Took our Dog, the area and pubs were dog friendly and there are plenty of places to walk. I would definitely stay again.

Nothing, Caravan, area and Communication from owner was excellent.
