Parking situation, having to pay on Ringo every day for a week. We had 2 cars to cover, it because expensive

Everything was fabulous! The only complaint is the drain in the shower in the back bedroom doesn't drain well. It's a bit clogged & could use some drano lol

Location perfect for the UK Sail GP event and also for bars and restaurants going into the Dockyards or into Southsea. The apartment is perfect for three couples with comfortable rooms, two en-suite and the third with a separate bathroom. It is modern and clean, and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and the booking, check-in and departure process, simple, quick and easy. Would definitely book again.

The apartment could do with a second sofa or two more lounge-type chairs, as if all 6 persons wanted to sit down, 2 would have to sit on dining chairs. Other than that, I have no other negative comments.

The apartment is nicely decorated, airy and has ample natural light. Although the climate was quite hot during our stay and Air Conditioning is not available (which is a must from where we come from), leaving the windows ajar and running a small fan did the job at keeping us reasonably cool overnight. The check-in process was efficient and the lockbox right outside the door was a nice touch - not having to carry the key around when you are out and not really needing multiple copies. The apartment is just a few minutes walk away from a cluster of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines which was great to have around after long days out and returning to the apartment famished.

Not that the apartment was particularly dirty, yet it wasn't squeaky clean either. The kitchen cabinets were smudged all over, the carpets and showers were stained in quite a few spots and the fold out couch had left over items in/beneath it. The hot water in one of the ensuit bathrooms seemed like it didn't work or else needed to run for a few minutes until warm water could be felt pouring out. The water pressure in the same shower was quite low as well. In the other ensuit the sink and shower both seemed to be rather clogged since the drain was particularly slow. Some more cleaning agents and garbage bags would have been nice as well.
