Ryan is a very welcoming host (bourbon and cider as well). The place is very nice! Me, my girlfriend, and her 2 kids really enjoyed our stay! We will be staying here again when we want to stay overnight at the coastal area.

EXCEPTIONAL- OUTSTANDING VIEWS. PROPERTY GENERALLY IS IN GOOD SHAPE. INTERIORS VERY WELL KEPT UP. KITCHEN was very functional and clean. RYAN is an absolute joy and a wonderful charming host. This is a world class place in a very unique location. Extremely quiet and peaceful

Stayed here for one night and immediately knew we wanted to come back. We felt so comfortable here, it felt like staying at a family members house. The beds are comfy, the whole house was clean, shower is huge, the heater worked great and there are fans in the rooms. Next time we will bring groceries to stay a few nights and cook, I didn't get to utilize the kitchen as much. Thank you Ryan, Bourbon and Cider!

"We wish we could have stayed for a week"

Sleep deeply in the most comfortable beds. Wake up to see birds of prey soaring over the hills through your bedroom window. Sit on the veranda and see a humming bird search for nectar in the flowers nearby. Breath taking views from this elevated position above the clouds. Only a 20 minute drive down tree lined roads, passing vineyards to the lovely Avila beach.
