The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. All requests for check-in/check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property Please note that an additional charge will apply for: -Late check out fee: after 10am $30 until 12pm. -Early check in fee: after 12pm $30 -Unauthorized early check in or check out :$100 Please note that the guest is responsible for the keys and pay for them if they are lost. -Lost keys fee: $100 (each-security keys) Please note that pets are not allowed. Please note that guests are required to specify the number of guests staying at the property, including children, to ensure the correct number of beds are provided. Please note that additional guests above the maximum room occupancy will incur an additional charge of 30$ per person per night. Please note that any damage to the property must be reported promptly. If the guest is found to be at fault for the damages, a charge will be applied to their chosen payment method. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
