Apartment Lola - cosy & central 1 bedroom apartment

Apartamento cómodo, limpio y muy bien equipado con todo tipo de útiles para usar durante nuestra estancia. Acceso a la piscina desde bien pronto por la mañana, y la terraza la usamos mucho, perfecta.

El aparcar por la zona un poco complicado teniendo que aparcar a 10' andando del apartamento. La zona no era la mejor de Puerto del Carmen y un poco alejado de Playa Grande y la mayoría de restauración del pueblo.

Apartment is lovely, well stocked kitchen with extras, tea coffee,condiments, laundry liquid, shower gel & shampoo and more. The complex is very clean and well maintained. Location is brilliant a large supermarket right under the complex & bars and restaurants a stone throw away 5 minutes walk into old town.

The property would benefit from new curtains as the curtains were not wide enough to close leaving the room exposed to light. There was sun bed cushions to use at the pool that have seen better days ( easy fix) Shutters on the bedroom window needs hooks to fasten to keep them open as bedroom is in darkness when left closed.also easy fix. The apartment above has a pipe for drainage from plants( all apartments have the same but some have fitted a pipe to divert water)this causes the patio to to flood as we has a couple of very heavy rain days it also has a watering system which caused constant drip, had to use a bucket. Shower head doesn’t stay on wall due to poor quality fixing therefore had to shower holding shower head in one hand, the shower has great pressure and plenty of very hot water.

Location was a bit further than we expected but it was the hill rather than the distance from Main Street/beach that was disappointing.

Pool very cold and no cushion on sun bed which stopped us from going as well as people putting towels on beds and disappearing for hours.

The apartment was really comfortable and cosy. It has everything what you need. I had a pleasant stay.

Only thing which wasn’t so perfect was the sound from outside, maybe walls are a bit think so you can hear the sounds from outside, if something is talking. However everything else was great, and this is not such an issue.

Die Location ist perfekt, man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten beim Strand. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat dort wirklich alles was man braucht, die Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch.

Nur ein Vorschlag zum Verbessern wäre ein größerer Wäscheständer und noch 2 große Handtücher zusätzlich, wenn die andere zwei trocknen nach dem Waschen.

Odlična lokacija u mirnoj ulici, na samo par minuta hoda do centra. Apartman je izuzetno čist i sadrži sve što vam može zatrebati prilikom boravka, čak i ručnike za plažu.
