"This place could be great but right now I would not rent it out until it’s updated"

Set back all by itself.

The House could be nice but needs a lot of work. Lots of junk rooms, outdated beds lots of unused space and not very clean. Cobwebs all over the walls and the bathrooms were old and outdated.
