Exceptionally well maintained place. Ivan was an excellent host. The place was stocked up with small things that just made it feels so homely. He was always happy to service any request that you had. Overall an amazing stay. Definitely going back.

Ivan, the host, was very helpful and communicative. Home was immaculate, quiet, beautiful, and welcoming. It suited our need for lodging for multiple visiting family members at Thanksgiving. They were very happy with the space. I would certainly book this place again. Two parking spaces are available. Be aware that it is a 3-bedroom, 1½-bath house. Additional beds can be made available in the finished basement, but you must coordinate that with the host. Check the pictures to be sure it suits your needs.

Home is listed as pet-friendly, but the owner is understandibly wary of possible problems with pets. Be aware that the house rules only allow small dogs with an additional $30 pet charge, and do not allow your dog to be left alone in the house. After some conversation, Ivan relaxed the rules to allow our 35-pound dog to visit and to stay alone in the house in his crate while we were away. This worked for us. Just be aware that you need to know the restrictions and work with them.

Located in a quiet clean neighborhood. The host is super friendly, and communicative with all our needs. 4 BR, with 1.5 bath. Towels, sheets, water, coffee/tea and small snacks were given.

Everything was great.

Ivan and his family have been the kindest and most supportive hosts I have ever met. We could contact them every time and he helped us with every question and tourist things. We traveled with kids at the age of 3 & 6. Although the main city was about 40 minutes away with the public transportation, we could travel well with both kids. A bus stop was near. And also a way to the brown line station was a nice 20 minute walk, which does not feel this long. It was really a calm and nice neighbourhood! The house has everything inside. Ivan brought us additional Games for the kids. And also a supermarket was near. Thanks for the awesome stay!

I can only imagine that we had a lack of little spoons, but that was not really important. :)

The location, there were a lot of places to eat, accessible to public transportation and it was quite and safe, we have our parking . Everything was great.

That it has only one full bathroom

Very spacious and well equipped. Lots of lovely touches like snacks and water. Safe neighbourhood

We had an excellent experience at this property. Everything was flawless and exactly as described. This property was very clean. Our host was most pleasant and welcomed us upon arrival. His attention to detail was impeccable and immediately noticed as we entered the home, and included fresh cut flowers throughout the house, a basket of snacks on the dining room table, and filtered water and candy treats at each bedside, among many other incidentals. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and met all our needs. The bathroom towels were perfectly luxurious. Highly recommended!!!!

Absolutely nothing could have been better. This property exceeded our expectations.
