Studio near Garden of the Gods unit A - west studio

Small rundown apt. Hard to find. Located on a gravel alley that you could hardly get through. This apt. was misrepresented as the photos shown are another similar apt that had been remodeled. The reviews that say "Excellent" I believe were planted. I don't believe anybody that stayed here could have anything good to say about this place.Place was unclean and smelly. A dump. Looked like it had been furnished with odds and end furniture bought at a thrift store. There was a large gap on the front door allowing cold air and leaves to come in. Television didn't work. Some lights didn't work. AC did not work. Heater didn't work very well. There was a ceiling fan that couldn't be turned off. Spent one night and like to froze. Refused to spend another night. Prepaid 3 nights. Called the owner and ask for a refund for the 2 days I didn't stay. Never got it. With cleaning fee $293 for an apt that was unlivable. Don't hardly give reviews.This is the most scathing review I have ever given because its the worse place I have ever stayed. STAY AWAY!!!

This listing is a lie! The pictures shown are not what it is in reality. Its very unclean, they had to replace the microwave, there was a random dryer without it listed, and the toilet was completely untable and loose. There were also no trash bags or silverware/utensils of any kind. The main problem is that those in the other unit are very inconsiderate and loud at early mornings on top of being racist. I had a book about china and expressed dissatisfaction at the recycling being all the way full for nearly a week due to the many others using the property. Next appeared anti chinese sentiments vandalized on the recycling bin just outside the units entry. Stay away! They clearly dont respect those they welcome in any way and it is very far from accommodating.

Welcoming environment, owner was helpful and friendly. Great location
