"Great but..."

The location was great and it was nice to have a backyard and close to a dog park.

There's some issues with the space. Its obviously not well organized. The arrival was challenging as finding out how to enter was complicated as the instructions were not clear and the management was avoidant of this problem. Also the ad said there was a bath tub which is why I was booking it, but there is not. It's obvious the building is on its last legs.
