הכל. דירה נעימה נקייה נוחה. החניה נוחה, יש כל מה שצריך. המזגן עבר כשהגענו וזה היה נעים מאוד. מתקן ייבוש כביסה שהיה במרפסת היה ממש נקי בלי אבק. ביקשנו מייבש שיער והביאו לנו במהירות. קפסולות קפה של אילי במטבח, הכל נעים מזמין מואר.תריסים חשמליים בכל הדירה. שקט מאוד. התקשורת מול הבעלים נוחה יעילה ואדיבה. תמורה מצויינת למחיר.

אמנם לדירה יש נוף יפה מהמרפסת אבל האיזור עצמו לא יפה ולא מזמין, ממש הכרחי להגיע עם רכב, כי זו לא סביבה כיפי לנופש. בדירה עצמה המנורות בוהקות ומסנוורות- כדאי לחשוב על מנורות לילה בחדר שינה,ואולי עוד תאורה יותר רכבה בסלון.
