Fantastisch huis! Echt beter dat ik had kunnen wensen.

Eigenlijk helemaal niets! Het enige nadeel dat je altijd eerst de berg af moet, maar dat kan je ook positief bekijken

The location of the villa was stunning and the pool area was perfect. Pizza oven was a very nice and authentic experience. The host was very service minded and friendly. We would love to come back.

The facilities inside could be in better shape, but who cares when the view was picture perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Theresa in Montecalvo Versiggia. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained – with breathtaking views over the rolling vineyards and hills of this stunning region. The private pool was a daily highlight, perfectly placed to enjoy the peaceful setting and panoramic landscape in total privacy. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and attentive hospitality of our host, Nicola. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. When we suggested installing air conditioning in the lower floor, he had it installed the very same day! That level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. The area itself is full of charm – picturesque towns, friendly locals, and plenty of delicious local restaurants to explore. It’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy authentic Italian culture, and experience real hospitality at its finest. We highly recommend Villa Theresa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in a truly beautiful part of Italy.

Very nice and quiet location with a wonderful view. The pizza oven and the grill are very nice to have and they even provide firewood. The host was very friendly and provided us with a practical manual of the house and recommendations on what to do in the region.

With 7 adult people it can sometimes get a little tight in the house, which I would say is designed primarily for 6 people.

Property, services and amenities are exceptional. The location is super peaceful and you can have full privacy while having full support from the owner when necessary. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing vacation.
