La Teatru - 2BD Apartment near Theatre and Old Town

חדרים גדולים מאוד, דירה משופצת וחדשה מטבח די מאובזר כולל תנור וכיריים, אמבטיה גדולה ומרווחת, מזגן בסלון ומאוורר בחדר. אינטרנט אלחוטי תקין ונוח.

קומה 3 ללא מעלית לא היה מיקרוגל במטבח , זה היה חסר היינו שם 6 ימים וסיפקו נייר טואלט אחד וכאשר פניתי לשאול אם יש עוד לא ענו לי בכלל. שאלתי איפה יש שקיות לפח זבל כדי לפנות, לא קיבלתי מענה.

Квартира хорошая находится совсем рядом с старым городом. Было чиста матрасы хорошие. На кухне не плохо было бы заменить сковородку. Там маленькая кастрюля и плохая сковородка. Но это не было проблемой есть духовой шкаф. Рекомендую

This is a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in a three storey building right across from the Theatre in Brasov. The outside of the building does not look great, nor does the inner court. However, the apartment is spotless clean, with all the modern amenities a family or group of friends may need in order to spend several days in Brasov. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equiped. Very comfy beds and amazing living couch. It is relatively close to the old center of the city, with multiple restaurants, bars, caffes and other eateries within walking distance. For those willing to restock, a Lidl and Carrefour stores are located quite close. We were allowed an extra hour for the checkout, which was great. We sincerely recommend this place and will try to book next time we are coming to Brasov.

Beware of property hosts. The property was uninhabitable. They are a scam and from the start they were uncommunicative and unhelpful. The property was not ready by the stated check in time. When we were finally able to check in (over an hour late) we discovered that the basic amenities were missing (bedding, linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc), which we were never alerted about. There as only 1 towel for 3 adults (were we supposed to share?!). Absolutely appalling. When I called to complain they said there was a problems with a provider and had no idea when they would be able to supply the basic amenities. Unacceptable and embarrassing. I had to find another available property nearby for twice the cost and I was promised by the property rep a full refund, which still has not occurred. So now they have my money and no accountability for poor ethics. Scammers and thieves. Avoid.
