“I noticed that the accommodation price displayed on Booking.com is R1 100, yet the amount charged is R1 570, which is more than 50% higher. I was advised that the difference is attributed to cleaning fees. Furthermore, the check-in process is unnecessarily lengthy and cumbersome, requiring multiple online forms to be completed.”
