GBThe house is very homely and decorated to a good standard throughout. About 25 minutes drive from Pen Y Fan and the Four waterfalls walk. Plenty of supermarkets within a 5/10 minute drive. Cute coffee shop a 5 minute walk away called Cocos coffee house. We always managed to get a space outside on the road just a few houses down & not outside the house but this wasn't really an issue for us. We stayed in the room with the double bed in, it was comfy but very noisy when turning from side to side or getting in & out of bed & if the house was to be full of 6 people there's isn't really any space in the bedrooms to keep your luggage without it feeling too crammed. Just a few extra small touches I would personally add : toothbrush holder in the bathroom & a door on the lounge to stop noise from the downstairs travelling up the stairs & to stop little ones being able to crawl up the stairs. But overall a really lovely stay and would definitely return 😊

Parking is tight but doable
GBIt was in an ideal location for our trip of the Four Waterfalls Walk then Hay-On-Wye. It was a lovely house which is done up to a high spec with plenty of kitchen equipment and towels provided.
