excellent indoor and outdoor amenities, Kitchen, patio grill with infrared, ice, clean pool and lots of landscaping touches made for an intimate feel so much better than huge hotel/condos. immediate response to questions etc Mahalo!

Location - across the street from the beach/ Functional

Terrible indoor lighting / no idea the bedroom and bath were on the second floor- nothing in the info or pictures indicated that- if someone was even marginally disabled they would have had a serious problem /great bathtub but not enough hot water to take a decent bath - no controls for living room ceiling fan .

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in a good location . The host was very accessible and accommodating.

Really nice, well organized and well-supplied condo in a small (6-unit) complex. Small patio off upstairs loft/bedroom. Pool right outside the living room slider. A pineapple, some local coffee and macadamia chocolates were a very nice welcome gift! Toni was very responsive and provided great communications.

Late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am) compared to other places, including my own vacation property. VERY inflexible on this policy. If you’re running even a bit late, there’s a full-day extra charge. So plan around that. Location requires driving to everywhere. No sidewalks and few amenities —just one restaurant— in the immediate area. You can cross a busy road to a narrow strip of beach, but that’s about it.

Literally 1min walk from the beach.

Everything was somehow even better than described! We even arrived to goodies such as coffee, chocolates, and a Maui Gold pineapple. Would highly recommend this host and location!!

Koi pond, fountain , pool .. liked that it was a small Boutique Hotel , quiet , liked the quiet location no hustle and bustle around , the restaurant right next door, Toni answered the phone every time I called before I came , responsive staff

There was not much hot water.. There was a bathtub ( I love baths) and there was not enough hot water to take a bath .. showers too.. I like the water hotter.

The hosts were very welcoming. We liked the patios off the master bedroom. The master bath was spacious. They had beach chairs and towels that were there to use. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed to prepare meals for ourselves.

We had some ants come in window in the lower half bathroom. I told the host and they were very responsive and took care of the problem. They sprayed and we did not have any more problems after that. Probably should be expected in this climate anyways. There was a lamp in the master bedroom that was broken but still turned on and off with a little fidgeting.
