The staff were very impatient, the breakfast lady was lovely but did not allow us time to think what we wanted for breakfast after giving us the options. She just kept repeating the options like we did not understand what she was saying even though we were trying to decide between ourselves what to have, felt rushed. One reception lady could not understand me very well while the other did not even lift her head from the computer when I addressed her. The room was clean in general, but the shower tiles could do with a scrub. In fact they look like the shower hasn't been scrubbed for quite a while, looks very bad.

The hotel's biggest advantage was its excellent location within walking distance of the airport terminal, which made traveling very convenient. The room and common areas were generally clean and well maintained.

The service was acceptable but felt somewhat impersonal and lacked warmth. Parking was not particularly convenient, and due to ongoing construction works, reaching the hotel by car was quite complicated, although access on foot was very easy. The overall impression of the property was worn. Given its immediate proximity to the airport, guests should also be prepared for constant aircraft noise and occasional fuel odors.
