Close to our destination, Great communications with the host. excellent accommodations. I would definitely book again.

I was very disappointed from the get-go with this owner. First of all, the “welcome” letter that was sent in advance of my arrival was written in more a threatening town than a welcoming tone. Running down her list of fines for smoking ($1000 ), leaving late ($50/hr), among other things, was out of character for any other host I have ever encountered when booking one of these properties. This is the third property in this development that I have rented, by the way. The owner stated that the entry code for the door would be sent to me prior to my arrival at 4 PM. At 4 PM I had not received this code and head to scramble to find the owners telephone numbers to send a text requesting the code. I received it well after 4 PM. I found it ironic that the owner said I should leave a message on the Booking.com facility, and it would be answered straight away. Every question I sent on the facility was answered either very late, or not answered at all. Another note in the “welcome“, was that there would be a pass to the swimming pool. That pass never materialized. When I sent a message before my arrival, asking if there would be coffee amenities available, the answer was “there is a coffee maker”. We all know how many options there are when it comes to coffee makers. In fact, I have never visited an accommodation be at Hotel, VRBO, Booking.com, Airbnb, whereby the first night coffee was not provided. I had to prod to ask what I needed in order to be prepared to have coffee the following morning. The response I received was “it’s a drip maker, you don’t need filters”. I cannot find the filters in any of the logical places in the kitchen. I finally located them under the kitchen sink with the cleaning supplies. I found that to be a little bit disgusting. What I also found was disgusting was the shape that I found this condo in. Despite the dreaded warning of the thousand dollar fine for smoking, the kitchen garbage can reeked of cigarette.

See the photos for the disgusting condition of this property. Cardboard furniture, black mold in the shower, the glass “sliding” shower door was dangerously teetering from the upper track. I nearly fell forward when I put my hand on it to slide it. Woodwork eaten up and trim falling apart.

my fault ..i should have told you that i have difficulty walking up stairs....like not to have made it...

The condo was just what we needed in a ideal location. There was more than enough room. The kitchen was adequately stocked with the essentials to prepare meals. We had access to a dishwasher as well as washer and dryer combo for laundry. I like to unpack my luggage anytime I travel, and there was nice dresser space for clothing plus hangers in the closets. There are large widows throughout the entire residence that complement the view of the golf course, especially from the third floor. Ceiling fans are a plus and something you don't find in hotels. Plenty of parking close to condos. Pool within walking distance not even 3 minutes. Gate personnel where very helpful and kind, she greeted us each time we returned to the property. I was pleased with my stay overall. The host was always available for your needs by call or text.
